Job Description:

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner. 3. Update customer account information and records accurately. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Utilize creativity and strategic planning to assist customers with their needs effectively. 6. Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals. 7. Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills in English. 2. Ability to work remotely with access to a stable internet connection. 3. Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 4. Creativity and strategic planning skills. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
