Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Altitude Games is looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should be confident, adaptable, and possess strong negotiation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Confident and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
