Job Description:
KMC Solutions is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in customer service and are looking for a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment. 4. Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to handle complex customer situations effectively. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. 2. Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 5. Team player with a positive attitude towards customer service. 6. Proficiency in using basic computer programs and software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
