Fetch Valet is currently seeking a reliable and independent Customer Service Associate to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but at least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and changes to their valet parking services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on negotiation and problem-solving skills. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Act as a liaison between customers and valet parking attendants to communicate any special requests or concerns. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and common issues.
Requirements: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. 5. Prior experience in customer service is a plus. 6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
