Job Description:

Zennya, a leading on-demand wellness service company, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon. As an entry-level position with zero years of experience required, we are looking for adaptable and driven individuals who possess excellent attention to detail and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat - Provide information about Zennya services, promotions, and policies - Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Process orders, cancellations, and refunds accurately - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
