Job Description:

Avion School is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Service Associate to join our team in Davao City. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of negotiation techniques and innovative problem-solving skills
