Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Customer Service Associate to join our team at Cebu Pacific Air in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and processing refunds. 2. Handle inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media platforms. 3. Provide information on flight schedules, baggage allowance, and other travel-related queries. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members. 7. Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and improve service delivery. 8. Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
