Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Expedock is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate, working from home. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Process orders and returns accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Adaptable and dedicated individual who can work effectively from a remote location - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent cooperation and critical thinking skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - High school diploma or equivalent
