Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


BeautyMNL is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Customer Service Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Train and supervise a team of customer service representatives. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. At least 8 years of experience in customer service management. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Motivated and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Critical thinking and planning skills. 5. Demonstrated leadership abilities. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
