Job Description - Customer Service Manager

AllCare is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they provide excellent service to our customers - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Train new employees on customer service best practices - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure team performance meets or exceeds expectations - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and driven personality - Strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
