Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Silverworks, a leading jewelry company in Caloocan, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Oversee a team of customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve customer experience - Train and mentor customer service team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement


Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service management - Strong leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and energetic personality - Ability to persuade and influence others - Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
