Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Flowerstore.ph in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service team and ensuring a high level of service delivery to our valued customers. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. - Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues, improve processes, and drive business growth. - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. - Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is well-equipped to handle a variety of customer service scenarios. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to continually improve our service offerings.
Requirements: - A minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry. - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. - Innovative mindset with a track record of implementing creative solutions to improve customer service operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
