Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Ayala Land is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train, mentor, and lead a team of customer service representatives - Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics - Identify issues and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in data analysis and presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
