Job Description:
Expedock, a leading document management software company, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. This is a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Train new team members on customer service best practices - Analyze customer service metrics and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service management role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Experience in people management and persuasion - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software
