As a Remote Customer Service Manager at Sprout Solutions, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives who work remotely to provide exceptional support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of remote customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor team performance and productivity to meet and exceed key performance indicators. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 5. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 2. Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients. 3. Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. 4. Strong planning and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a remote team. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team. 7. Experience with remote team management and virtual communication tools.
