Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Service Manager to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze data to identify trends and improve customer service processes - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Develop and implement customer service training programs for staff - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role - Strong project management skills - Excellent analytical skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
