Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Service Manager to join our team at Investagrams in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Train, coach, and mentor customer service representatives. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints. 4. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 6. Implement innovative strategies to enhance customer service efficiency. 7. Lead team meetings and provide regular updates to senior management. 8. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services. 9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to customer service. 10. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 6 years in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to drive innovation and process improvement. 6. Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Knowledge of customer service best practices and trends. 9. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
