Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


San Miguel Brewery Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, hardworking, and possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery to customers. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive performance improvements. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer service-related issues and enhance overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field. 2. At least 7 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Experience managing remote teams is a plus. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
