Job Description - Customer Service Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at LBC Express Holdings, Inc. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all times. This is a part-time position located in Caloocan, NCR, PH at the associate level.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the customer service team to deliver high-quality service to our customers. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Monitor customer service metrics and develop strategies to improve customer service performance. 5. Train and coach customer service representatives to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to provide excellent service. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 5 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Independent and passionate personality traits. 4. Strong presentation and decision-making skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proven leadership abilities. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
