Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


Plentina is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to work remotely from home in Davao City, Philippines. As an Associate level position with a requirement of 5 years of experience in customer service, the ideal candidate will be resilient, resourceful, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities:


- Manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver high-quality service to customers - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Train and onboard new customer service team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements:


- 5 years of experience in customer service - Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively
