Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Altitude Games is seeking a Customer Service Manager to work remotely from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service roles, with a track record of excellence in managing customer interactions.


Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor key metrics such as customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and confidently - Excellent research and problem-solving skills - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
