Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Officer at Avion School, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students and potential students. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or concerns regarding our programs, admissions process, and general information about Avion School. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive and seamless experience for all individuals interacting with our school.

Responsibilities: - Assist students and potential students with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Provide accurate information about our programs, admissions process, and school policies - Process student applications and enrollment documents - Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally - Maintain student records and ensure data accuracy - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive student experience - Participate in recruitment events and assist with onboarding new students

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and passionate about providing exceptional service - Strong cooperation and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus - Experience in the education industry is a plus
