Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Customer Service Officer to join our team at PearlPay in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 3. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 4. Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution. 5. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and escalations. 6. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. 7. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. 2. Proven work experience in customer service roles. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy. 5. Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and provide effective solutions. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
