Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Workbean is currently seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. As a Remote Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. 2. Providing product and service information to customers. 3. Processing orders and returns accurately. 4. Handling customer complaints and escalations with a positive and professional attitude. 5. Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identifying and analyzing customer trends and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills in English. 3. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
