Job Description:
PLDT is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. As a Remote Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Manage customer accounts, update information, and process orders accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address customer concerns that require further assistance. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions and provide recommendations. 6. Meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs set by the company. 7. Assist in creating and improving customer service processes and procedures to enhance overall customer experience. 8. Utilize project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. 9. Work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Requirements: 1. Independent and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues. 4. Proficient in project management tools and techniques. 5. Experience in customer service roles, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. 6. Knowledge of customer service best practices and strategies. 7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus. 8. Remote work experience and proficiency in remote communication tools.
