Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Coins.ph is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Service Officer to join our team in Parañaque. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our platform - Provide accurate information to customers regarding our products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to make informed decisions on improving our services - Support our users in navigating our platform and understanding our products - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence in all customer interactions


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
