Job Description - Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Saphron is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary. 5. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. 6. Conduct research to address customer inquiries and issues. 7. Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets. 8. Assist with special projects as needed.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and motivated individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members. 3. Ability to conduct research to find solutions to customer issues. 4. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Experience in a customer service role for at least 4 years. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
