Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Workbean is looking for a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. We are seeking individuals who are resourceful and independent, with strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products and services - Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Negotiation skills to handle difficult customer situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
