Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Officer at GMA Network Inc., you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service from the comfort of your own home. Your main duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and completing any administrative tasks related to customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive customer experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database - Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues - Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to management


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and able to work independently - Strong people management skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent
