Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for professional growth and development. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of resilience and energy, along with the soft skills of analysis and creativity.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide information about products and services, process orders, and resolve billing issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
