Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR. As an Associate Level employee with 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction - Research and stay updated on product information - Project manage customer service initiatives to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service - Strong research and project management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be a passionate and hardworking individual
