Remote Customer Service Representative

Saphron is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, email, and chat - Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer concerns and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
