Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Manila, NCR, PH. This part-time entry level position does not require any previous experience, making it perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service - Strong project management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
