Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Balikbayad is looking for a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat 2. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers 4. Processing customer orders and returns 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits 3. Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 6. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
