Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Pushkart.ph is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is adaptable, passionate about customer service, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in strategic planning for improving customer service processes and procedures - Manage relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong strategic planning skills - People management skills - Adaptable and able to work effectively in a team environment - Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service
