Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at SM Investments Corporation in Davao City, Davao, PH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times - Meeting or exceeding customer service targets and KPIs

Requirements: - Passionate and driven individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve conflicts - Innovative mindset to improve customer service processes and implement new ideas - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
