Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team at Xepto Computing in Davao City, Philippines. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty to our company.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints effectively. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and follow up on customer concerns. 5. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Keep abreast of product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and hardworking individual with excellent problem-solving skills. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions.
