Customer Service Representative

Job Description: SM Investments Corporation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to emails from customers in a professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Providing product information and assistance with placing orders - Processing returns and exchanges - Maintaining accurate customer records and information - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits - Strong time management and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
