Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer calls and emails, providing assistance and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Update customer information in the database to ensure accuracy. 5. Assist in resolving billing and payment issues. 6. Provide information about products and services offered by the company. 7. Act as a liaison between customers and the company, conveying feedback and suggestions to improve overall customer satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 7. Previous experience in customer service is a plus. 8. Must be innovative and possess strategic planning skills.
