Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


GMA Network Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong research and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
