Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and independent Customer Service Representative to join our team at Advance in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing exceptional service - Monitor customer feedback and trends to provide suggestions for improvement - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for helping customers and solving problems - Strong cooperation skills and ability to work well with others - No prior experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate
