Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Robinsons Land Corporation in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. This is a part-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and other administrative tasks as needed. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude. 2. Previous experience in a customer service role is required. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Driven and resilient personality traits. 6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 7.
