Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns. - Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. - Educate guests on hotel facilities and services, offering recommendations and assistance as needed. - Handle guest feedback and complaints with diplomacy and empathy, striving to exceed their expectations. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. - Utilize strategic planning skills to anticipate and proactively address guest needs.


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or hospitality. - Resourceful and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively.
