Job Description - Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Flowerstore.ph is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This position is part-time and entry-level, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess the personality traits of being hardworking and independent, as well as the soft skills of innovation and strategic planning.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions. 7. Maintain customer records and update databases as needed.


Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
