Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with orders, product information, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Identify and escalate priority issues to management - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Excellent planning and strategic planning abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
