Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


SariSuki, a leading retail company in Taguig, NCR, PH, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess a confident and driven personality.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution. 3. Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience. 4. Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues. 6. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies. 7. Identify trends and provide feedback to management to improve customer experience. 8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 9. Meet performance and quality metrics set by the company.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively persuade and analyze situations. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
