Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Universal Robina Corporation. As a part-time Associate Level role based in Manila, NCR, PH, this position offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to our dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our system - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Must be adaptable and energetic in fast-paced situations - Demonstrated cooperation and leadership skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
