Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist at Insider, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Handle escalated customer issues with a sense of urgency and empathy

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Resilient attitude and reliable work ethic - Strong presentation and analysis skills - Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly
