Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Humble Sustainability in Davao City, Philippines. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, resourceful, and possesses excellent presentation and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a high level of customer service - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders and managing customer accounts - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong presentation and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
