Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Olivia is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Davao City, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and driven, with strong soft skills in persuasion and people management.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Work closely with other team members to coordinate responses and solutions - Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Dedicated and driven personality traits - Soft skills in persuasion and people management
